Trained & Experienced
We are a full-service residential and commercial inspection company. Our Professional Inspectors are Fully Licensed by the Texas Real State Commission and InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
All Texas Real State Commission Licensed Professional Inspectors are required to pass the TREC Inspector Exam and follow comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses to maintain their TREC license, as well as keep their InterNACHI membership in good standing.
In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment and emotional decision you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns. We are committed to providing every client with the most precise and accurate home inspection information in an easy-to-read report.
We also understand how critical it is to choose the right inspection company. Our job is to help ensure you have a complete understanding of the current condition of the property that you are purchasing, giving you control over the real estate transaction. Whether it is a Residential or Commercial Property, our knowledgeable Professional Inspectors work hard to ensure your satisfaction, and we are proud of the reputation we have built.
OUR Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the inspection, simply tell us and we'll either make it right or the inspection is FREE.
